All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Crown Commercial Group shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Crown can organise all deliveries & Installation if requested otherwise delivery & Installation can be organised by the client. When purchasing equipment the price does not include plumbing, electrical supply, unpacking, removal of rubbish, delivery, installation, positioning or removal of old catering cooking equipment or remote motors for commercial catering refrigeration equipment (subject to site inspection) unless stated prior ordering.

 

Warranty Policy

All Crown equipment has a 12 months labour and parts. Parts carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty. Warranty in all cases is limited to replacement of faulty parts at place of manufacturer. Crown Commercial does not participate in any expense or consequential loss arising from claims made under warranty.

Its the clients responsibility to have insurance for loss of stock & damage caused to equipment by external electrical faults.

We do not cover warranty if the equipment has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, incorrect installation, accident or to damage caused by transportation, use of abrasive chemicals, flooding, fire or acts of God.

Maintenance is required on every commercial refrigeration equipment purchased, minimum once every three months by a crown technician otherwise certain parts will NOT be covered under warranty. Its clients responsibility to organise this service. If this service is contracted else where without written approval from manufacturer the warranty will be void.

Consumable items are NOT covered under warranty eg. light fittings, heat lamps, glass.

Warranty issues are not acceptable reasons for withholding payment as they will be rectified by the manufacturing company within reasonable timing.

Warranty voided if quoted amount not paid in full. Warranty voided if refrigeration & catering equipment is serviced by other than Crown Commercial or by their recommended dealers. Warranty voided if commercial refrigeration equipment not serviced on regular basis, eg. every three months requires a preventative breakdown maintenance service to be organised by client with our service division and charged extra ( not covered under warranty).

Refrigeration & Catering Equipment remains the property of Crown Commercial until full quotation cost is paid. Warranty excludes breakage of glass, lights and heating lamps.

All catering refrigeration equipment with brand name specified other than Crown, comes under manufacturers warranty terms and conditions. We trust the above meets with your requirements and your approval and assure you of our professional service at all times.

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

• All Standard catalogue items – 20% re stocking fee + delivery charges that may be needed.
• NO cancellations once refrigeration & catering equipment have been delivered.
• NO REFUNDS on custom made commercial equipment or catalogue equipment with Price on Application.
• All goods when returned MUST be in original transport condition otherwise will not be accepted

 

Damaged Goods

Once commercial refrigeration & catering equipment has been received and is damaged or faulty its your responsibility to call Crown Commercial Group immediately and let us know of the problem. All restaurant refrigeration & catering equipment must be inspected on delivery. Damages will not be accepted after delivery inspection. If client is picking up from Crown showroom all commercial catering equipment must be inspected by the client on pick up as Crown Commercial Group does not take any responsibility on any damages caused on equipment transportation.

Additional Conditions for Commercial Refrigeration Equipment, Heating & Stainless Steel Products

Refrigeration Glass Display Cabinets with Single or Double Glass may develop condensation on the outside of glass on some days. This is dependent on the ambient conditions of the shop. We recommend that the shop be air conditioned so as to reduce the amount of condensation. Stainless steel may tarnish if in a toxic or salt environment. If this is the case it needs to be cleaned daily for custom made equipment & fit out works.

Do not clean or spray cleaning products to electrical control, heating elements & lights

Commencement of Works

Commencement Of Works including construction for fit out will not commence until all the following are executed: 

 

• Quotation - To Be Signed & Dated On Every page Including The Acceptance
• Deposit Paid
• Drawings Signed

Manufacturing Of Customized Refrigeration & Catering Equipment will commence on day of signed drawings.

 

All Progress Payments are to be made within 7 days. Crown reserve the right to stop works should this not be met. If work is stopped due to non payment, Crown will not be held responsible for the delays to project. If works are stopped due to non payment, extra charges will be applicable due to stopping and starting works and additionl time required if the above is not met. 

Design changes may affect costs and may require additional time.
