This is just a note to convey our thanks for the early completion of Brisbane project. Relocation of Brisbane office took place at last weekend ahead of schedule.

Both Mr Ogawa and myself would like to sincerely thank you for the professional manner you executed our cold storage products in both Sydney and Brisbane worth in excess of $1 million dollars.

Despite the complexities having to deal with difficult landlord and other compliance issues the Brisbane cold storage is completed beyond our expectation

To ensure that both facilities are running properly with minimum downtime, we would like Crown to take over maintenance of existing plant as well as the new one.

• Crown can organise all deliveries and installation if requested, otherwise delivery and installation can be organised by the client.

• When purchasing equipment the price does not include plumbing, electrical supply, unpacking, removal of rubbish, delivery, installatin, positioning or removal of old equipment or remote motors for refrigeration equipment (subject to site inspection) unless stated prior to ordering.

Terms & Conditions

• Property of the goods supplied and installed by Crown Commercial Group Pty Ltd ("the seller") does not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full.

• The buyer must hold any proceeds received from use of the goods on trust for the seller, until the goods have been paid for in full.

• The seller reserves the right to do all acts and things neccessary to repossess goods in lieu of payment. Such acts may include, among other things, entry onto the buyers private property on which the goods are believed to be held.

• For cancellation of orders -All standard catalogue items – 20% re-stocking fee + delivery charges that may be needed; NO cancellations once equipment has been delivered; NO REFUNDS on custom made equipment or catalogue equipment with Price on Application.

Additional Conditions For Commercial Refrigeration Equipment, Heating & Stainless Steel Products

Refrigeration Glass Display Cabinets with single or double glass may develop condensation on the outside of glass on some days. This is dependent on the ambient conditions of the shop. We recommend that the shop be airconditioned so as to reduce the amount of condensation. 

Stainless steel may tarnish if in a toxic or salt environment. If this is the case it needs to be cleaned daily for custom made equipment & fit out works.

Do not clean or spray cleaning products to electrical control, heating elements & lights

Commencement of Works

Commencement of works including construction for fit out will not commence until all the following are executed:

1.  Quotation - To Be Signed & Dated On Every page Including The Acceptance

2.  Deposit Paid

3.  Drawings Signed

Manufacturing of customised equipment will commence on day of signed drawings.

All progress payments are to be made within 7 days. Crown reserve the right to stop works should this not be met. If work is stopped due to non payment, Crown will not be held responsible for the dealys to project. If works are stopped due to non payment, extra charges will be applicable due to stopping and starting works and additional time required if the above is not met. 

Design changes may affect costs and may require additional times.
